During a briefing at Computex Taipei, Microsoft confirmed that the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform will natively support mainstream anti-cheat software for games, addressing a long-standing compatibility issue in the Windows on Arm gaming ecosystem.
This update covers three top esports titles—*Fortnite*, *Valorant*, and *PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds*—and supports two industry-standard anti-cheat systems: Epic Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye.
Riot Games has confirmed that League of Legends will also be coming to the platform, while titles such as Alan Wake 2, Naraka: Bladepoint, and War Thunder have already been added to the initial list of compatible games.
It should be noted that while the games themselves will still run through the Prism emulation layer, the anti-cheat software will operate natively, which completely resolves the underlying issue that previously prevented popular competitive games from running on ARM devices.
Previously, Arm-based Windows PCs had long been plagued by anti-cheat issues; kernel-level anti-cheat drivers could not run through emulators, preventing mainstream esports games from enabling ranked modes.
Although the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform began supporting some anti-cheat features in November 2025, its coverage and stability remain significantly lacking, failing to address the core pain points.
RTX Spark is an Arm-based PC platform jointly released by NVIDIA and Microsoft, integrating a Blackwell GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores and a 20-core Grace CPU, utilizing a unified memory architecture.
Officials state that the platform supports RTX ray tracing, DLSS 4, and Reflex low-latency technology, enabling smooth gameplay of AAA titles at over 100 FPS at 1440p resolution.
Microsoft stated that expanded Prism emulator compatibility and native support for the Xbox PC app will further enrich the gaming ecosystem on the Arm platform.
The first laptops and mini-PCs equipped with RTX Spark are set to launch in the fall of 2026, with OEM partners including Microsoft, Dell, and Lenovo having confirmed their participation.
